1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by BenPTec Pro Services LLC and its affiliates (including BENPTAX PRO SOLUTIONS, BENP.NC NOTARY, and BENP.TECH SOLUTIONS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services Provided
BenPTec Pro Services LLC and its affiliates offer professional services including but not limited to: • Professional tax preparation and tax software solutions • Mobile notary public services in North Carolina • Information technology consulting, computer repair, networking, structured cabling, and smart systems • Website design, hosting, domain setup, and digital marketing assistance All services are provided in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. User Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information
Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information required for tax preparation, notarization, technical configurations, and web development projects. BenPTec Pro Services LLC and its affiliates are not liable for errors, penalties, interest, or delays resulting from inaccurate or omitted information provided by the client.
4. Professional Notary Services
BENP.NC NOTARY operates in strict compliance with North Carolina notary laws. Notaries public are not licensed attorneys and are prohibited by law from providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, or selecting forms for clients.
5. Technology & Web Design Services
Technical support, network setups, and website development services are subject to scope of work agreements. Clients retain ownership of their provided content, while custom code, design frameworks, and proprietary setup procedures remain the intellectual property of BenPTec Pro Services LLC or their respective licensors.
6. Payment Terms & Refunds
Fees for tax preparation, notary travel, IT services, and software licenses are due upon invoice receipt or completion of service, unless otherwise specified in writing. Deposits for web design and custom projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BenPTec Pro Services LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to safeguarding client privacy and personal information. Client data submitted through forms or during service delivery is held in strict confidence and handled in compliance with federal standards.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
